The first step in our franchisee selection process is to complete and return our Follicles Franchise Qualification Questionnaire (FFQQ).

In order to properly complete the FFQQ, may we request that you review the questions thoroughly in order to answer with accurate information. This will greatly assist us in the review process and enhance your chances of approval.

The information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence. This application in no way forms, or is intended to form, a binding contract between the parties. Qualified candidates will be contacted via telephone and or email to arrange a preliminary meeting.

Please be as specific as possible in your location preferences. For example, do not include Southern British Columbia or Greater Vancouver Area. Please include the actual municipality/district of interest within your FFQQ. Unavailable locations will be posted on the web site.

The minimum financial requirements are based in part upon the populations of the available municipalities/districts.

Follicles has determined that for every 25,000 persons residing within a district, a minimum of one Enhanced Tri-Oxi+™ applicator or “treatment room” will be required to service that population. 

Thus, for example, Burnaby with a population of approximately 225,000 people would require a minimum of 9 treatment rooms to service that municipality, be they located in a single Centre, or divided into several smaller Centres. Centres of less than 3 treatment rooms will not be permitted.

Follicles has placed a value of $100,000.00CND for each treatment room. Therefore, the estimated cost for a Follicles Hair Rejuvenation Centre™ turn key operation for the municipality of Burnaby is $900,000.00CND.

An approved franchisee may well decide to build out a single centre within the exampled district consisting of 9 treatment rooms, or divide the centres into 3 locations of 3 treatment rooms. This of course can affect the cost of build-out. Certainly each refranchise opportunity will have unique financial requirements regarding the cost of the build-out which can not be forecast until the final location has been determined.

To become an approved franchisee, the selection process includes interviews with Follicles Regional or Head Office and an in-store review at a corporate store. We aim to choose the most qualified and best matching candidate for each opportunity. Incomplete FFQQ will be returned.

Candidates will be given current blind financial statements (where available) of corporation centre(s) and company information during the interview process. Confidentiality Agreements will naturally be executed prior the disclosure of such information.

We encourage you to include a covering letter and clarify any additional information on how you feel you meet the requirements of becoming a Follicles franchisee.
