How to submit a Warranty Claim

In the event that you encounter a problem with your TRIOXINATOR^TM, you are the original purchaser, it is still within the warranty period and you activated your warranty at the time of your initial TRIOXINATOR^TM purchase, please follow these steps.

1). Please locate your serial number before contacting us.   You can find the serial number on the label located on the inside base of the handle.

2.) You have activiated your warranty within 30 days of purchase.

3.) Call our claims department at 1-604-732-1183 explain the problem if points 1 and 2 have been completed.  If the problem is covered by our limited manufacturer warranty we will issue you a R.A.N. - Return Authorization Number.  Your R.A.N. Number must appear on the outside of the box that you use to return the unit to us.  It should also be included on all correspondence you send.

4.) Package up your unit and return it to us via a trackable courier.  We suggest that you properly insure your package as we are not responsible for loss or any damage that may occur during transport.  Return to:

Please remember to mark your R.A.N. Number on the outside of the box and include a copy of your Bill of Sale or receipted invoice as evidence that the unit is within the warranty period.

TRIOXINATOR^TM LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the TRIOXINATOR^TM and is limited to the repair or replacement of the device.  Online registration of warranty at www.follicleshair.com is required in order to activate warranty.

Go to http://www.follicleshair.com and click on the “Warranty” Link to activiate your warranty.  You will be required to provide the serial number from your unit.  The Serial Number (S/N) is contained on this label.

NOTE: Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

FOLLICLES HAIR (“FOLLICLES”) Limited Manufacturer Warranty warrants this Product (including any accessories) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

LABOR: For a period of one (1) year from the original purchaser from the date of purchase, if this Product is determined to be defective, FOLLICLES will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges if any.

FOLLICLES authorized service facility. After the Warranty Period, you must pay for all labor charges.

PARTS: FOLLICLES will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective parts for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING: This warranty does not include shipping fees.

EXCLUSIONS:
The following is not covered by the Limited Manufacturer Warranty:

NORMAL WEAR and TEAR: Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

BATTERIES: Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity within the warranty duration and batteries that leak are covered by this limited warranty.

ABUSE and MISUSE: Defects or damage that result from: (a) broken or cracked glass tubes, improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the Products or Accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) damage due to connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by FOLLICLES to service the Product; or (e) other acts which are not the fault of FOLLICLES, including acts of God, are excluded from coverage.

USE of NON-FOLLICLES PRODUCTS & ACCESSORIES: Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-FOLLICLES branded or certified Products, Accessories or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.

UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE or MODIFICATION: Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, maintenance, alteration, including without limitation, modification in any way by someone other than FOLLICLES, or its authorized service centers, are excluded from coverage.

ALTERED PRODUCTS: Products or Accessories with (a) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed, altered or obliterated; (b) broken or tampered seals; (c) mismatched board serial numbers; or (d) nonconforming or non-FOLLICLES housing or parts, are excluded from coverage.

EFFICACY: This limited manufacturer warranty does not cover customer instruction or product efficacy.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. FOLLICLES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE.

FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
